The Moldova International Stock Exchange is taking over shares previously traded on the Moldova Stock Exchange (BVM) and admitting them to the markets operated by BIMx. At the same time, the Exchange is pursuing the listing of new companies.

Integration of BVM issuers
Issuers whose shares were admitted to trading on the BVM markets are being integrated into BIMx through a structured admission process that ensures investors retain continuous access to these financial instruments.
New companies
Alongside the takeover of existing issuers, the Exchange is pursuing the listing of new companies on the Regulated Market and the Multilateral Trading Facility.
